Your impact can last all year with a recurring donation to the Michigan Parkinson Foundation.
Education Programs
$100 a month ($1,200 yearly) will provide a Virtual Education program targeted to people with Parkinson’s and care partners. Our education programs are led by subject-matter experts and designed to make overwhelming situations more manageable.
Exercise Programing
$75 a month ($900 yearly) covers the cost of one exercise class. Regular exercise can improve many motor and non-motor Parkinson’s symptoms and is the only intervention proven to slow the progression of Parkinson’s.
Mobility Loan Closet
$50 a month ($600 yearly) will allow us to add a U-Step walker to MPF’s loan closet. U-step walkers are a critical piece of equipment for individuals who need additional physical support as they progress in their Parkinson’s journey.
Newly Diagnosed Hope Kits
$20 a month ($240 yearly)
will provide Hope Kits to over 50 individuals facing a Parkinson’s diagnosis. Hope Kits include resources and support for the newly diagnosed and caregivers at a time when information is critical.
Michigan Parkinson Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding specific questions.
