A gift through your will or living trust is a meaningful way to support MPF without impacting your income today.
Include Michigan Parkinson Foundation in Your Will

You can specify a dollar amount or percentage of your estate to be given directly to the Michigan Parkinson Foundation after your death by adding simple language to your will. Below is suggested language to share with your attorney when drafting your bequest.
“I give to Michigan Parkinson Foundation, a nonprofit corporation that provides care, support, and education for Parkinson’s Disease in Michigan, or its successor in interest which serves the same purpose:
____ % of my estate. The funds shall be utilized as the board of trustees or other governing body deems appropriate.
OR
the sum of $____; The funds shall be utilized as the board of trustees or other governing body deems appropriate.
OR
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate. The funds shall be utilized as the board of trustees or other governing body deems appropriate.”
