The Michigan Parkinson Foundation Professional Advisory Board published a Position Paper on "Exercise in the Management of Parkinson Disease," and an accompanying document describing "How to Select An Exercise Program."  It is being recognized more and more that exercise is beneficial for general good health and may have a particular role in controlling PD. No one exercise program is recommended for everyone.  Please take some time to review the Position Paper.  Have fun exploring what is out there for you.
