Goal: To provide Parkinson’s resources and education to professionals and the community at large.
Audience: Parkinson’s patients and care partners, healthcare and other professionals who treat people
with Parkinson’s disease.
Format: The program will offer a dual track
· Patient Track: People with Parkinson’s, care partners, community educators.
· Professional Track: Health Care Professionals with CME’s or CEU’s offered for Physicians, RN’s, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and other qualifying professions.
